Nightly, Weekly & Short-term Rental Terms and Conditions:
- Cancellation Policy—Vacation Rentals—weekly and monthly rentals is 60 days prior. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Check in time is 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm unless by other arrangements.
- Check out time is by 10:30 am
- Non-smoking property
- Payment by personal or company cheque, money order, cash or traveller's cheques.
- Housekeeping service may be arranged during stay for an additional charge.
- The suite is equipped with a local phone line & free long distance when calling within North America.
